Policies for NSU Playhouse

Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final. We are happy to exchange tickets for another performance as long as the exchange is completed at least one day before performance.

No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the box office.

General Policies
Your digital tickets are transferrable to another patron.

All ticket orders made over the phone will be held at the Will Call window at the time of the performance.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (NSU Playhouse). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
